RETURN/REFUNDS POLICY

All sales are final, refunds are issued at the sole discretion of the club and will only be considered with buyer’s request made via e-mail, if requested more than 24 hours prior to the first scheduled session. Monthly dues are not prorated in regards to attended or missed sessions.

Exchange requests for purchased equipment must be made via e-mail within 7 days of receiving the product. Valid reasons for exchange includes equipment differing from as ordered or equipment damaged during delivery.
