RETURN/REFUNDS POLICY
All sales are final, refunds are issued at the sole discretion of management and will only be considered with buyer’s request made via e-mail, if requested more than 24 hours prior to services to be rendered. Monthly dues are not prorated in regards to attended or missed services.
Exchange requests for equipment must be made via e-mail within 7 days of receiving the product. Valid reasons for exchange includes equipment differing from as ordered or equipment damaged during delivery.
